After many a-season attending festivals and large-scale events, we always had in the back of our mind that we would, one day, love to have our very own Food Truck.
So, after years of dreaming and with much consultation with our design team, we now have our very own, custom-made Food Truck! We have created every inch of ‘Aubie’ to meet our exact needs as a business and our little baby is now finally ready to roll out into the world! With more accessibility, we are now able to cater for all events – no matter how big or small!
Since recently soft-launching Aubie the Food Truck, our 2024/2025 calendar has been filling up fast. From the aforementioned large-scale events and festivals, through to private events and weddings! We even have the versatility for you to select from our iconic Vegetarian range you see at Let Them Eat stores or be able to select from our catering packages for private events! Plus, we will always cater for any dietary requirements!
