You’ve found delicious dinner fare – now all you need is the inspiration to go with it. Don’t worry, we have that in spades!

Here are our 6 most delicious meal ideas made from our most popular vegan deli ingredients. They’re quick, easy, and super healthy. Trust us, you won’t know the difference from the original!

HOME INSPO #1 – VEGAN ‘HAM’ PIZZAS

Everyone loves a good pizza, and why should you miss out if you have dietary requirements or preferences? The simple answer…you shouldn’t! That’s why our vegan ‘ham’ and vegan cheese are so popular. Not only do they taste great, but they ensure you can still create your favourite pizza toppings, whether it’s supreme, Hawaiian or vego goodness.

HOME INSPO #2 – HAWAIIAN PARMI (PUB STYLE!)

Did you know that most supermarkets now sell vegan schnitzels? A freezer staple, they make an appearance on our dinner table at least fortnightly (especially on the nights when we need a quick feed).

Simply fry up your schnitzel and top with parmigiana sauce (or bottled Passata sauce), Let Them Eat vegan ham slices, a slice of pineapple, and vegan cheese. Grill for a few minutes and you’re done!

We love to accompany our shnitty with thick cut potato chips. Roughly chop your potatoes into wedges and toss in olive oil and fresh rosemary. Bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees C and enjoy! Alternatively, chuck your potato wedges in an air fryer (if you have one), and let it work its magic. Throw a Let Them Eat salad on the side and there you have it – a pub-style favourite, made lovingly at home!

HOME INSPO #3 – WINTER WARMING VEGO TOASTIES AND SCRUMPTIOUS SANDWICHES

Where there’s ham, there’s a toastie! We love a good toastie because there’s so many fillings to experiment with – however we find the simplest combos are often the best. Here’s a few of our favourites:

  • Classic vegan ‘ham’ and cheese – it can be eaten on its own, or as a side with a hearty winter soup
  • ‘Ham’, cheese and pineapple – the kids go troppo over this one
  • ‘Ham’, pesto, chargrilled capsicum (from the jar), olives and cheese – the perfect vegan combo!
  • ‘Ham’ sandwich with pickles and cheese – the ploughman’s fave
  • ‘Ham’ sandwich with tomato chutney and cheese – we love the Maggie Beer hot tomato chutney (it’s gluten free and has no nasties in it)
  • ‘Turkey’ sandwich with cranberry sauce, avocado and iceberg lettuce – yes! We also serve vegan turkey (read on for more turkey ideas)!

HOME INSPO #4 – VEGAN TURKEY MELT BAGEL

This one has become a lunch obsession! Open a vegan bagel and top both sides with wholegrain mustard, Let Them Eat vegan turkey slices, spinach, red onion, alfalfa sprouts and a slice of vegan cheese. Slide under the grill for a few minutes and bob’s your uncle – a mouth-watering open bagel melt. Enjoy!

HOME INSPO #5 – TURKEY BENTO BOX (YOUR LUNCHBOX BEST FRIEND)

We think of ‘bentos’ as an assembly of food, or a grazing plate in a lunchbox. We love to roll up some Let Them Eat vegan turkey, along with sprouts, veggie sticks, Let Them Eat hummus or creamy pumpkin dip, olives, sundried tomatoes or baby gherkins for a quick snack on the go.

The contents of a bento box are limitless. You can also include a hard-boiled egg, Let Them Eat salads or dinner leftovers!

HOME INSPO #6 – VEGAN POTATO SALAD (A CLASSIC FOR EVERY PALETTE)

A potato salad is always a crowd pleaser. It’s almost an Australian law to have one at every BBQ!

There are some great potato salad recipes on the Internet, but to ensure it meets the dietary requirements of all guests, don’t forget to add some diced vegan ‘ham’ for additional colour and texture.
