Let Them Eat is known for its delectable salads. With ten salads to choose from, our customers simply can’t get enough of them. But every day we get the same salad question, ‘How do salad serving sizes work?’
It’s a simple question, with a tricky answer, and the key is in the serving volume.
SALAD BY VOLUME
When purchasing a small, medium, large or jumbo salad, whether it’s on the side, as a main meal, eat-in or takeaway, it is weighed and costed on volume.
Some salads, such as the Mung Bean with Ginger and Soy, are more dense and some salads, such as the Kale Tabouli, are lighter. This means the weight of each salad will differ, and so will the cost.
SMALL SALAD – HOW IT WORKS
A small salad will usually serve 1-2 people. When ordering a small salad (either dine-in or takeaway), you can select a maximum of 2 salads.
MEDIUM SALAD – HOW IT WORKS
A medium salad will usually serve 3-4 people as a side or can be consumed as a large meal. When ordering a medium salad (either dine-in or takeaway), you can select a maximum of 4 salads.
LARGE SALAD – HOW IT WORKS
A large salad will usually serve 5-6 people as a side or can be consumed over 1-2 main meals. When ordering a large salad (either dine-in or takeaway), you can select from all the salads.
JUMBO SALAD – HOW IT WORKS
A jumbo salad will usually serve 6-8 people as a side or can be consumed over a few main meals. When ordering a jumbo salad (either dine-in or takeaway), you can select from all the salads.
If you’re after a healthy snack, our stores also do an extra small single flavour salad bowl. This is the perfect option if you’re feeling peckish between meals.
